Twilight Zone “Dead Run” – Michael Hinton's favorite episode.

May 4th, 2014:
Remembering our dearly departed friend, guitar player Michael Hinton, on his birthday. Michael Hinton 2012 © Rich Saputo Photography Michael passed away last year, on Jerry’s birthday.

Michael played with Merl Saunders in the Rainforest band (among others) often taking the leads Jerry Garcia played on the Blues Form the Rainforest album. Michael also played with Merl on some of the Twilight Zone episodes (80’s TZ) – and this was one of his favorites. It also features a cameo by none other than John Barlow! Enjoy!

Twilight Zone Dead Run
‘soundtrack band’ included Michael Hinton on Lead, and Bob Weir, Brent Mydland, Norton Buffalo, Merl Saunders…
John Perry Barlow as "Trucker # 2" Dead lyricist John Perry Barlow plays trucker #2 in a rare acting role.
