I was lucky enough to be part of this!

The Ben Stiller Show  contacted Lynn Roblar of Restless Native  (a store in Venice Beach at the time) and had her gather some friends with cool deadhead vehicles, and we set up a mini Shakedown in the Warner Brothers lot at The Burbank Studios .

Most of these folks were not big stars yet, including Janeane Garofalo , Andy Dick , and Bob Odenkirk

We were there all day, got paid for the use of our vehicles, and were unpaid extras as well.   We all made a little extra selling some tie-dye and jewelry to the cast and crew too!

My van is the red VW with all the cool stickers.  They put duct tape on some stickers to avoid needing to get permissions.

Watch closely, you might even see me in the background.
