Furthur adds Nokia Shows, NY in late July… Summer tour part 2 speculations…

Furthur with Phil and Bob at the Nokia Theatre, NY, July 28 and 29 2010

2 new Furthur  shows announced at the Nokia Theater in New York  July 28 & 29 (ON SALE 4.30 @ 12 Noon ET ).  Could this be the start of a second round of Summer tour?  Or maybe they will fill in the days between Philadelphia (July 11th) and the Nokia shows (July 28th)?

Speculating, but I imagine there will be more – they seem to really like to play on the east coast!   14  shows in 17 days between 6/25 in Rochester and 7/11 In Philly is an intense tour pace.   A nice break would be in order!   Maybe do some summer relaxing, and then pick it up again for a another 2 or 3 weeks?

These shows are on a Wednesday and a Thursday, so maybe more announcements for the weekend to follow?
Like maybe OMSN at  Gathering of the Vibes on the 30th?  With Rhythm Devils at GOTV as well, we could get a surprise set from the core four!!  Again, I am simply speculating!

Dear Mr. Fantasyland… give us more tour… something to make us all happy!

I know the west coast gets the big’uns – The first Fox shows, New Years, Phil’s Birthday, Calaveras… The east coast gets all the tours!  I love New York too – but Futhur got fans everywhere!!!

Personally I am disappointed  there has been nothing yet for Southern California… Maybe a L.A. Greek show?  Chula Vista?  Santa Barbara?   And all the other western states, Nevada, Arizona, etc…

more Furthur PLEASE!

Always Grateful!  (~);}

Moonalice, HunnyBunch, Buffy Saint-Marie, Cubensis and more at Topanga Earth Day Festival

Moonalice, HunnyBunch, Buffy Saint-Marie, Cubensis and more at Topanga Earth Day Festival

CIMG0495 Topanga Earth Day festival now in it’s 11th year, was wonderful on Saturday!  Great beautiful people, amazing energy.  Topanga is a very unique  place, really part of Los Angeles, though they dont always like to admit it.  All sorts of alternative thoughts and lifestyles exist in the Canyon.  Topanga never lost the hippie vibe, yeah though it has changed some, it has also remained true in spirit.Topanga has hippie spirit

It was a great place to see Moonalice!  As noted by Chubby Wombat , the tribe is in alignment with Topanga!

I left late, and then hit traffic. It seemed kind of anti-earth day to sit in traffic on PCH… I resisted the urge to turn back, go home, and seek out an illegal Wanee stream, and continue the couch tour…

No! I can make it,  I will see the tribe!  I’ll be there sometime, at least by 4:20…
