Before he joined Furthur… in fact for many years, tours and CD’s before Furthur, our pal Jeff Pehrson and Jim Brunberg were Box Set!
Sometimes just the two of them, and sometimes with a full band, Box Set is over 20 years old now. They toured extesnively, put pout 6 CD’s of their own, and one on Capricorn records.
Been awhile since they played together, but here they are, coming together on January 21st for a reunion show. Nothing else is planned at the moment.

The Box Set Duo is reuniting! Jim and I will be playing a benefit for The Bazaar Cafe in San Francisco, Sat. January 21st. The cafe has come upon some hard times, and being the site of so many great folk music memories, a great many of the musicians who have passed through are lining up to help
