This is a very special location, home of the original Magic Mountain Festival in 1967. The Mountain Theater is up top of Mt Tamalpais, spectacular views looking out over Mill Valley and beyond to the bay! It’s a friendly sized outdoor theatre and it’s only used once a year as a live music venue… The rest of the year it is part of the park, hikers go through the theater, and each Spring a play is produced there as well.
