Do It For The Love Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that brings the gift of live music to people with life threatening illnesses, children with severe challenges and wounded veterans. We are a network of musicians dedicated to bringing joy, healing, hope and an unforgettable experience of celebrating life. Founded by musician Michael Franti and ER Nurse Sara Agah and launched in August 2013, we have granted over 85 recipients and caretakers the opportunity to enjoy shows, as well as Meet & Greet their favorite musicians. We’ve had wishes granted by George Straight, Pink, Miley Cyrus, Jack Johnson, Michael Franti and David Benoit to name a few, and have artists like John Oates, Train, Brett Dennen on board as Music Ambassadors and have partnered with musicians from across the world to create life changing experiences for their fans and families.

Music Heals International (MHI) was founded in 2013 with the goal of bringing music and musicians to the children of Haiti and to other parts of the world. MHI programs are designed to teach and inspire, using music as a powerful force for education, creativity, and healing.
For it’s first project, MHI is honored to collaborate with the nation’s leading non-profit for music education, Little Kids Rock, and the Haitian relief organization, J/P HRO, to bring LKR’s very special program to schools in Port Au Prince, Haiti for the first time, focusing on the community of Delmas 32. The goal is to provide a transformative experience in kids’ lives, and with the power of music, to inspire the creativity and confidence that are critical to success in school and in life.
