where exactly in Hawaii was Jerry’s “Favorite” Spot. Just Curious. From what i know of Hawaii I’m guessing either somewhere on TBI or on Kuaui. Anyone know?
Yes I just got back from an extended vacation on Maui. Jerry only dove off of Oahu. I have seen all there is to dive off of Maui 2-3 times (except the back wall of Molokini)
But had a great instructor that took us to a place off Lahaina, a shipwreck, that the local government could not tow back to about 70′. Jerry called a friend and had the ship towed back to out to sea and then made it part of the Jerry Garcia foundation. I was very grateful to be able to dive there! Thank you Jerry..
